• New Era Garments Limited Company, THE HAPPY ERA 2025. We are aiming to build a new era factory that is happy era with happy employees, happy customers and happy partnership. New Era garments Limited was established in March 2019 in a modest small building featuring only 6 sewing lines. As we progressed and our vision evolved, we quickly outgrew our initial location and made the strategic decision to relocate to a more spacious environment spanning over 6000m2 in 2021. This new and improved facility boasts the capacity for 10 sewing lines and accommodates a growing team of over 500 dedicated employees.

• Within our diverse portfolio, New Era Garments embodies the harmonious fusion of custom clothing, cutting-edge technologies, and innovative manufacturing processes. As a trusted manufacturer, we specialize in producing premium sportswear for renowned brands catering to markets across Japan, the USA, and Europe. 

• In recognition of our unwavering commitment to excellence, we proudly received the esteemed Smecta approved audit in 2023. This recognition serves as a testament to our steadfast dedication to upholding the highest standards of quality and integrity in our operations.

• Our production output is meticulously calibrated, with a focus on maintaining a delicate balance between knit and woven fabrics. Currently, we allocate 60% of our resources to knit materials and the remaining 40% to woven textiles. Our flagship product, the Polo Golf collection, stands as a shining example of our manufacturing prowess. With an annual production capacity exceeding 500,000 units, this line caters specifically to the discerning markets of the United States and Japan.
